About

Hello, I'm Sarah.

Wild Wellness with Sarah was born from my own journey back to health.

Sarah, founder of Wild Wellness

Like many people who find their way to natural medicine, I didn't begin this path because I wanted to start a business. I began because I was searching for another way.

There was a time in my life when my body felt like it had completely let me down. After suffering a broken spine, I lived with chronic pain and was later diagnosed with fibromyalgia. As a single mum, I was doing everything I could to keep going, but physically, emotionally and financially, life felt incredibly overwhelming. I knew what it was like to wake up exhausted, to push through each day, and to wonder if I would ever feel like myself again.

While I was grateful for the medical care I received, I also experienced difficult side effects from prescribed medications and found myself searching for ways to support my body more gently. I wanted to understand why I felt the way I did, not just how to manage the symptoms.

I couldn't always afford to see the practitioners I wanted to learn from, so I made a decision that changed my life — I would become one.

That decision led me into years of study, self-discovery and healing. I immersed myself in herbal medicine, nutrition, women's health, meditation, breathwork, emotional wellbeing, women's circles, EFT, NLP, and the incredible wisdom of nature. What began as a personal search for answers grew into a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their own health.

I went on to complete a Diploma of Health Science before earning my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathic Medicine). Today, I am a qualified naturopath, and every consultation, every herbal tea blend and every botanical product I create is inspired by both evidence-informed practice and the lessons I learned through my own journey.

More than herbs.

Wild Wellness isn't just about herbs or supplements.

It's about creating space for people to slow down. To breathe. To feel heard. To reconnect with themselves.

I believe wellness isn't found in perfection or in doing more. Often, it's found in the small daily rituals that help us feel grounded again — a warm cup of herbal tea, a quiet moment in nature, nourishing food, restorative sleep, gentle movement, and remembering to care for ourselves with the same compassion we so freely give to everyone else.

This belief is woven into everything I do, whether I'm sitting with a client in consultation, handcrafting botanical products, sharing education at local markets, or creating resources to help people better understand their health.

My approach is always warm, collaborative and judgement-free. I want every person who connects with Wild Wellness to feel safe, supported and empowered. My role isn't to tell you what to do — it's to walk alongside you, helping you understand your body and supporting you to make sustainable changes that feel achievable for your life.

Why "Wild" Wellness.

The name Wild Wellness reflects something I hope we never lose: our connection with nature.

I believe there is something deeply healing about returning to the rhythms of the natural world. Whether that's through herbal medicine, mindful rituals, time outdoors or simply slowing down enough to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you, nature has a remarkable way of bringing us home to ourselves.

Thank you for being here.

Whether you're looking for naturopathic support, handcrafted botanical products, or simply a little inspiration to live more intentionally, I'm so grateful our paths have crossed.

I hope Wild Wellness becomes a place where you feel welcomed, supported and reminded that you don't have to navigate your health journey alone.

Because Wild Wellness isn't about doing more. It's about remembering how to simply be.
