Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide from Beaconsfield, Victoria. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For international orders, please email us before ordering.
Shipping costs
- Complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $120.
- Standard and express shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and parcel weight.
- Local pick-up in Beaconsfield can be arranged on request.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Because everything is made in small batches by hand, occasionally an item is brewing or curing — if there is a delay, we will always let you know. Once posted, standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Australia and a little longer for regional areas. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Packaging
We use recyclable and reusable packaging wherever possible, including paper tape, kraft boxes and amber glass. Glass items are wrapped for protection.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives broken, leaking or isn't what you ordered, please email support@wildwellnesswithsarah.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it — whichever you prefer.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened balms, oils, rollers, sprays, teas, lattes, bath soaks or flower essences. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (return postage is at your cost). Please contact us before sending anything back.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Before you order
Please read the ingredient list on each product page. Some botanicals are not suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, for young children, or alongside certain medications. If you are unsure, ask us or your healthcare practitioner. Our products support general wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
