These terms apply to this website, our online apothecary and naturopathic services provided by Wild Wellness with Sarah (ABN 90 166 556 079), Beaconsfield, Victoria, Australia. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to them.

Information on this website, in our journal and on our product pages is for general wellbeing and educational purposes only. Our products and content are traditionally used to support wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Qualifications & professional standing
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathic Medicine) and a Diploma of Health Science, is a member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), and holds current professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Naturopathy is a self-regulated profession in Australia and is not registered under AHPRA.
Consultations
- Consultations are available in person and via telehealth Australia-wide. Telehealth requires a private space and a stable internet connection.
- You agree to give accurate and complete health information, including all medications and supplements you take, so that care can be given safely.
- Recommendations are tailored to you and should not be shared with or used by anyone else.
- Outcomes vary between individuals. No guarantee of any particular health outcome is made or implied.
- Consultation fees are $150 for an initial consultation and $110 for a return consultation, and are payable at the time of your appointment.
Bookings, cancellations & rescheduling
- Appointments are booked online through our booking system.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
- If Sarah needs to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund of any prepaid fee.
- Intake forms are sent before your appointment and should be returned before it.
Workshops, circles & retreats
Places in Women's Circle gatherings, workshops and retreats are confirmed once payment is received. Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, tickets may be transferred to a future gathering with at least 7 days' notice, and are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund.
Orders & products
Products are handcrafted in small batches, so colour, scent and texture may vary slightly between batches. Please read the ingredient list before use, patch test topical products, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Some botanicals are not suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or alongside certain medications — please ask us or your practitioner if you are unsure. Products are not suitable for internal use unless expressly labelled as such.

Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Apothecary payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We may update prices, products and promotions at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Discount codes such as WILD10 apply to a first order, cannot be combined with other offers, and exclude consultations, gift cards and shipping.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and that services are provided with due care and skill.
Website content & intellectual property
All text, photography, artwork, labels, recipes and blends on this website belong to Wild Wellness with Sarah and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wild Wellness with Sarah is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from use of our products contrary to their labelling, instructions or our advice.
