How it works
- 1. Enter below. One entry per person. We email you a confirmation link — your entry counts once you tap it.
- 2. Optional sharing. Sharing on Instagram or TikTok earns 2 extra chances per approved share, up to 3 shares — 7 chances in total. Sarah checks every share herself before any chance is added.
- 3. Facebook shares earn 0 bonus chances. You're very welcome to share with friends there — Facebook's own promotion rules mean personal timeline and friend shares can never be counted, so it's recorded as a thank-you only.
- 4. The draw is random. Each chance is one ticket. More chances means better odds, never an automatic win.
No purchase necessary. Please don't mass-tag, buy engagement or use fake accounts — one share per platform per day counts, and anything that looks manufactured is rejected. No health outcomes are promised.
