1. The promoter

2. Who can enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The promoter and members of her immediate household are not eligible.
3. Entry period
Entries open at the time the giveaway is activated on this website and close at the published closing time. Entries received after the closing time are not accepted. The draw takes place at the published closing time.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at /giveaway with your name and email address, and confirm your age, residency and acceptance of these terms. You will receive a confirmation email containing a single-use link that expires after 48 hours. Your entry is only valid once that link has been used.
One base entry per person and per email address. Multiple or automated entries, disposable or shared addresses used to gain extra entries, and entries on behalf of another person are invalid. Newsletter subscription is an entirely optional, separate and unticked choice, and is never a condition of entry. Please do not include any health or clinical information in your entry.
5. Chances and bonus chances
- A confirmed entry receives 1 chance in the draw.
- Each verified, distinct Instagram or TikTok share or repost of the giveaway or the Wild Wellness page earns an additional 2 chances, up to a maximum of 3 rewarded shares per entrant across the whole campaign — a maximum of 7 chances in total.
- A maximum of one share per platform per calendar date can be counted, and the overall cap of 3 rewarded shares still applies.
- A share must be a genuine public post or repost of the giveaway or the Wild Wellness page. Proof is required: either a link to the post, or a screenshot showing your account and the date. A screenshot option exists so entrants with private accounts can take part.
- Sharing to a personal Facebook timeline or with Facebook friends always earns 0 bonus chances, because Facebook's own promotion rules do not permit personal timeline or friend shares to be counted. Facebook shares may be recorded as optional source attribution only.
- Mass tagging, purchased or artificial engagement, fake or duplicate accounts, and any requirement to purchase or leave a review are not accepted and will invalidate a claim.
- All bonus chances are awarded only after the promoter has reviewed the claim. No chance is added automatically, and the promoter's assessment of whether a share is genuine and eligible is final. All share claims are reviewed before the draw takes place.
- Every chance is one ticket in a random draw. Additional chances improve the odds only; the entrant with the most chances does not automatically win.
6. The prize
One prize is available to one winner, comprising:
- One complimentary standard initial naturopathic telehealth consultation with Sarah, subject to appointment availability.
- AUD $100 credit towards Wild Wellness with Sarah's own retail products, with no minimum spend. Complimentary standard delivery within Australia applies to the prize order.
Unused credit is retained on the winner's account for future use. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable or exchangeable. There is no expiry on the prize entitlements. Practitioner-only prescribed products, pathology or functional testing and any follow-up consultations are not included, and there is no obligation to purchase anything. No health outcome is promised or implied, and the consultation is not a substitute for medical care. Sarah may decline or redirect care where a consultation is not clinically appropriate.
7. The draw, notification and claim
The winner is chosen by a random computer-generated draw weighted by each valid entrant's confirmed number of chances, conducted by the promoter after all pending share claims have been reviewed. The result is recorded with an audit snapshot of every entry and weighting used.
The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw, and published on the giveaway page as first name, surname initial and state by 13 October 2026. Entrant email addresses are never published and no entrant list is made public. The prize entitlements will be delivered within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact them by email. If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, an unclaimed-prize redraw will be held on 11 January 2027 at 8:00pm Melbourne time, subject to any applicable law or regulatory direction. Records of the original draw are retained and are not overwritten.
8. Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the giveaway and to carry out eligibility and fraud checks. Marketing emails are only sent where the entrant has separately opted in, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Screenshots and other evidence are stored privately and are accessible only to the promoter. Records are retained for three years as required for competition record-keeping, and otherwise handled in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. General
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Facebook or any other platform. Any questions must be directed to the promoter, not to those platforms.
By entering, each entrant releases the platforms named above from all liability in connection with this promotion to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
The promoter may disqualify an entry that breaches these terms, or amend or cancel the promotion where required by law or where circumstances beyond her reasonable control prevent it from being run as described, subject to any regulatory direction. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
