Personal everyday wellbeing
The Wild Wellness Ritual
Small rituals. A little more space for you.
A proposed four-week introduction to everyday wellbeing with Sarah, bringing together practical education, reflection and gentle rituals you can make your own. For women wanting more room for themselves within ordinary busy lives. No prior meditation or spiritual experience is required for this proposed introductory course.
Proposed intended outcomes
What you would practise.
- Map an ordinary day and identify a realistic cue for one small ritual.
- Compare practical nourishment and wind-down options without creating an individual treatment plan.
- Create, review and adapt a flexible personal ritual plan after interruptions.
For example, Sarah might reflect that a chosen action is clear but still too large for a busy day, then invite you to write a smaller version.
