Three pathways taking shape
Learn for yourself. Grow in practice. Gather with care.
Three separate learning routes are taking shape with Sarah: personal wellbeing, gathering facilitation and Usui Reiki. Each makes room for practical learning, reflection and questions, so you can choose the direction that feels most relevant to you.

Your guide
Sarah Mercovich is the founder of Wild Wellness with Sarah, a naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), and a member of NHAA and ANPA.
Sarah is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. She completed her Reiki training in person through Australian Healing Academy.
Sarah’s wider spiritual studies include shamanic healing and psychic attunement.
Her teaching approach is intended to be warm, collaborative and unhurried, with care for consent, clear boundaries and learning at a manageable pace.
How we learn together
Practical experience sits alongside clear explanation.
There is room to pause, ask and understand.
Sharing is optional. Permission, preferences and the limits of each activity are discussed clearly.
Learning is designed to be revisited at a manageable pace.
A proposed learning rhythm
A proposed learning rhythm moves from explanation to a clear example, then a supported attempt, useful feedback and a later revisit. Short returns to an idea—and recalling it without pressure—can help learning become easier to use. This draws on general education research; it is not evidence that these courses themselves have been clinically tested.
